The increasing number of internet users in the world can be attributed to a variety of activities, such as buying and selling, transferring information and currency, and other activities that occur millions of times per minute. This clearly emphasized finding solutions for a more accurate and secure data transfer and retrieval process. Named Data Networking (NDN) is an alternative Internet architecture suggested to solve the problem of identifying data containers by connecting all of the world's computing devices. In this paper, we provide an overview of how to use the TCP/IP protocol for networking and data acquisition, as well as how to use the Named Data Network protocol and the proposed procedure for calling data. As a result, when transferring data, we ensure that each individual receives the correct data at the right time and that the data cannot be accessed by a third party outside of the network. However, it is challenging to create reliable communication in mobile ad hoc and occasionally linked situations with the current TCP/IP architecture, but NDN makes it possible.
