Digital technologies allow a person to confidently master digital competencies, thereby determining his ability to master modern information technologies. During the period of self-isolation with the coronavirus pandemic, many areas of the country's activity were transferred to a remote or remote work format, therefore, digital technologies are being actively introduced into all spheres of business and economy. The use of technologies makes it possible to automate the main and auxiliary business processes. Companies strive to optimize their business, introduce innovative management and various practices for managing the development of an organization, using new digital tools and expanding digital competencies.
