the article deals with the effective placement of productive forces, which will allow the formation of transport and logistics centers in the Samara region. In the context of the digital transformation of the Russian economy, a necessary condition is the rational use of natural, material and labor resources. In the course of the study, we found that the most promising form of placement of productive forces are industrial parks, the development of which is closely related to the growth of the innovative economy in the region. Taking into account the identified trends, we have identified priority zones for the potential location of TLC. As a result of the conducted research, it was revealed that the implementation of investment projects in this area will increase the speed of goods movement, reduce logistics costs in supply chains, ensure faster rates of cargo flows, and as a result, create new jobs for the population of the region.
