The article deals with issues related to the optimization of the information flow in an integrated logistics system, which is defined as a system that ensures the promotion of products from the primary source of raw materials until the end of the life cycle of the finished product. This approach allows to consider it as a multi-phase system, for the maintenance of which it is possible to use a deterministic information flow, which makes it possible to unify decisions made at all stages, making them transparent, thereby improving the quality of management activities, finding reserves in oneself, building servicing and infrastructure flows for an integrated logistics system without additional capital investments.
