Abstrakt: Herein, based on methodological studies of methods for assessing the quality of services and world practice in development of transport and logistics infrastructure, sets of tools were developed for assessing the quality of services and digitalization of ports. In the future, it is planned to expand the set of tools for assessing the effectiveness of the functioning and digital transformation of ports, regional transport and logistics centers and terminals of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It can be used in assessing the quality of services of international transport and logistics centers of the People's Republic of China, the Russian Federation and European countries, continental transport corridors. Transport corridors and logistics centers are accelerators for development of regions as well as the country. Increasing the competitiveness of transport and logistics infrastructure is an important direction of the transport policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Assessment of the quality of logistics services in the context of digitalization makes it possible to determine the prospects for development of transport and logistics infrastructure in formation of digital Eurasian logistics corridors. In the context of technological modernization of the economy, the main tasks in provision of transport and logistics services are development of infrastructure. This makes it possible to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the Kazakhstani transport and logistics infrastructure in comparison with international corridors and improve the quality of logistics services, the stability of transit traffic along international transport corridors, which will have a positive effect on the development of transport and logistics services and the transit potential of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
