The conception of digitalization of railway transport and implementation of digital technologies provides the creation of "Digital railway" on the basis of "Digital twin" including a car "Digital twin" which organizes a range of informational and organizational activities aimed at the calculation of the current technical condition of a real car during its exploitation period; the reduce of expenses of a car life cycle; the increase of parts reliability (prolongation of an overhaul life); the reduce of the maintenance expenses; the creation of the system of freight cars service during their life cycle. To calculate the machinery economical effectiveness there is an indicator – life cycle cost (LCC) which includes both one-time expenses and the expenses which accompany it during the whole exploitation period. The calculation of a car LCC can be conducted at any period of its life cycle. LCC cost reduce can be achieved only due to the expenses reduce for the scheduled repair work (the reduce of their number) and keeping a car in the technically appropriate condition during its maintenance. To obtain the aim it is necessary to increase the life cycle of the parts using new durable materials. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
