Abstrakt: A new report from Nanjing Medical University in China provides insights into stress urinary incontinence (SUI) in postpartum women. The study, which involved 6,302 cases in Jiangsu Province, found a prevalence of SUI of 25.06%. Factors such as age, BMI, parity, constipation, organ prolapse, and diastasis recti abdominis were associated with an increased prevalence of SUI. The study suggests that effective prevention strategies for postpartum SUI can be developed based on these findings. [Extracted from the article]
