Researchers from Mashhad University of Medical Sciences in Iran have conducted a study to evaluate the usability of the Hamava system, a university system used by students. The study used Nielsen's Heuristics to assess the system's compliance with usability principles and identified 176 problems, with the most common issues related to aesthetic and minimalist design and user control and freedom. The researchers concluded that if these usability problems are not addressed, they could lead to errors, user dissatisfaction, decreased information quality, wasted time, and ineffective user interaction with the educational system.
