This article describes a case of an 11-year-old boy who experienced a severe ulcerating reaction after receiving the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine along with other vaccines. The boy had no prior vaccine reactions, allergies, or COVID-19 infection. The reaction occurred shortly after vaccination and resulted in significant cutaneous ulceration. The article highlights the need for continued reporting and evaluation of adverse events to better understand the pathophysiology and develop targeted treatment strategies.
