Described in this review the importance of methods of controlling plant pathogens and the importance of integrating some of these methods overlapping and synergistic with each other to increase their efficiency in resisting plant diseases. It has become necessary to control plant diseases because of the huge economic losses they cause. One of the most important of these methods used in controlling plant pathogens is the chemical method, but the excessive use of these chemical pesticides in agricultural production has led to the emergence of many damages and problems, the most important of which is environmental pollution and killing Non-targeted organisms such as birds, fish, bees, etc. Also, many pesticides have shown resistance by pathogens. Therefore, it has become necessary to find safe alternatives to substitute for chemical pesticides. One of the most important of these strategies is the strategy of integration between effective control methods, including the biological, chemical, physical, mechanical and agricultural method. And other integration with each other in order to be more effective in controlling plant pathogens and reduce costs and damages resulting from the use of chemical pesticides alone and consider them the only means of disease control, so the review aimed to shed light on some control methods and their efficiency in resisting pathogens and their role in integrated management in plant diseases.
