Abstrakt:	Physiological Reports, a Gold Open Access journal, is celebrating its 10th anniversary. The journal was established in 2013 and has since grown in scope and reputation. It publishes sound science in basic and translational physiology, with a focus on global outreach and diverse research topics. The journal has achieved high citation rates and has expanded its publication activities, including the addition of Methods articles and targeted Calls for Papers. To celebrate its anniversary, the journal will introduce a "Paper of the Year" award and a "Short Review" writing competition for early-career researchers.
