Abstrakt: A mathematical model is presented for the process of separating air into nitrogen and oxygen in a membrane installation, in which separation occurs in dynamics on the inside and outside of a tubular porous membrane. Using numerical modeling of the said process, a distribution has been obtained for nitrogen concentration after passage through the membrane. It has been established that the permeability of the membrane tubes has a significant effect on the quality of the bleed gas and the installation ramp-up time. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
