Abstrakt: The article discusses concerns related to the increasing use of amicus curiae briefs, particularly their influence in judicial decisions, especially in the U.S. Supreme Court. It focuses on a less-explored issue, the inclusion of potentially unvetted and inaccurate expert information in these briefs. It suggest regulating amicus curiae submissions, proposing changes to their use in certain contexts, altering how courts perceive them, and minimizing the risk of inaccurate expert information.
