Abstrakt: Green Sukamanah Residence is a developing housing area in Bandung, an area of groundwater release and is often hit by flooding. The impact that occurs is the damage to the house and public facilities of the housing. This problem makes housing management important to solve flood problems. This research aims to examine strategies to solve flood problems at the Green Sukamanah Residence in Bandung and study the strategic approaches that can be suggested. The method used is descriptive analysis to describe the state of the area of Green Sukamanah Residence. Green Sukamanah Residence's strategy is to create adaptive morphology housing that can respond to the flood with their shape. As alternative strategies, which respond to environmental management as the form of the ecosystem, Green Sukamanah Residence can build infiltration wells, biopori holes, retention ponds, and bioswale.
