Researchers from Chengdu Shangyi Information Technology Co. Ltd. have developed a patent-pending movement adjustment system that uses heart rate and rating of perceived exertion (RPE) feedback to provide personalized exercise recommendations. The system includes a user client, a heart rate monitoring device, a server, and a doctor client, all connected to collect and process data for movement adjustment. By analyzing heart rate and RPE information, the system selects suitable exercise movements and generates a new exercise prescription. This technology aims to improve the safety and effectiveness of exercise by optimizing workout routines based on individual heart rate and perceived exertion levels. [Extracted from the article] |
