A recent study conducted at Fiona Stanley Hospital in Perth, Australia, analyzed the use of antiseptic pocket rinse in primary breast implant surgery. The study found that while the majority of Australian practitioners use antiseptic pocket irrigation solutions, a significant portion do not record any antiseptic pocket irrigation use. The findings will contribute to a larger study comparing the effects of different antiseptic rinses on clinical outcomes. This research provides valuable insights into contemporary trends in antiseptic rinse use in breast implant surgery. [Extracted from the article] |
