A recent study conducted at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada explored the perceptions and recommendations of parents and clinicians regarding a pediatric cancer pain management app. The study found that participants viewed the app as a useful and convenient tool for engaging caregivers in managing a child's pain. The app was valued for its ability to provide real-time information and support, while also reducing the emotional burden of pain care. Recommendations for the app's design included accessibility-focused features and comprehensive symptom tracking.
