The article provides information on several archaeological excavations in different areas of London. In the City of London, an excavation at Landmark Court revealed Roman buildings, including a timber-framed building with tessellated floors and stone masonry walls. The site also contained an inhumation cemetery with over 20 burials. In Holborn Viaduct, evaluation trenches uncovered Roman stratigraphy and human remains. Another evaluation in Minories and Haydon Street revealed a potentially Roman inhumation burial and a possible Roman ditch. Lastly, an excavation at Frederick's Place uncovered Roman buildings, a tile hearth, and a Roman roadway. In Havering, evaluation trenching uncovered early Roman ditches and pits.
