Influence of COVID-19 on mental health.

Abstrakt: The majority of individuals on the earth have been affected by COVID-19 as a result of which researchers from across the psychological sciences are trying to document and examine the influence of COVID-19 in.a number of ways. This paper offers a rapid and comprehensive summary of high-quality studies that are available through early 2021 that examine the mental-health issues during COVID-19 pandemic. This is required because policy and practice aimed at assisting people live healthier and happier lives requires an insight into robust patterns of evidence. After the careful analysis of the available literature it was revealed that there was an increase in anxiety, depression, despair, and distress in the early stages of the epidemic. Throughout the first year of the epidemic, however, the rates of suicide, life satisfaction, and loneliness remained relatively steady. This paper also offers suggestions to support mental health both during and after the epidemic in response to these discoveries. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
