Background: Coronavirus began in Wuhan, China. This occurrence occurred in December 2019. Some contact lens wearers restart contact lens usage, despite being at home throughout their absence. Conjunctivitis and the presence of the SARS-COPV-2 in tears and conjunctival secretions caused practitioners to be concerned. Unfortunately, CL practice may result in transmission because of face-to-face conversation and close inspection. Aim. Impact of covid-19 on contact lens practice amongcontact lens practitioners. Methodology. A Google Form questionnaire and an online survey were developed to collect data about contact lens practitioners. The questionnaire was distributed over social media such as What's-app groups and Telegram. Permission was obtained beforehand from the institution and each person, and agreement was obtained from all individuals when they were informed about the survey. Results. There were 182 participants with a mean age of 25.21± 4.60 years; during the Covid-19 pandemic, 104 individuals in this research used contact lenses, whereas 77 persons did not. When queried in a survey concerning hand and personal cleanliness, 41% of responders said that they stopped using contact lenses during the Covid-19 epidemic performance of the person. Conclusion. Out of 182 individuals, 104 (57.14 %) were using contact lenses. During this pandemic, however, the present study has seen a decline in contact lens users because of their fear of infection. The market for different Contact Lens brands has not changed, and most participants prescribed all Contact Lens varieties. There is a 77.8 % rise in contact lens maintenance and hygiene practices.
