It has been performed a numerical analysis based on the finite element method that used the practical results of the mechanical compression test of the PMMA-HAP-MgO Nano composite, to investigate the possible applicability of this Nano composite in the field of dental materials. HAP and MgO nanoparticles strongly enhanced the elastic modulus up to 1697 MPa and the ultimate stress reach 135 MPa. The stress distribution analysis in PMMA-HAP-MgO Nano composite evidenced the improvement in mechanical properties and durability, the factor of safety has never been less than 1.
