Abstrakt: Jewish Family Service of MetroWest NJ is offering an introductory workshop on Attachment Based Family Therapy (ABFT) in Livingston. ABFT is a family therapy model that focuses on addressing adolescent suicide and depression by improving interpersonal relationships within families. The workshop is open to mental health professionals who work with children and adolescents, and aims to train them in helping families build stronger parent-child relationships to reduce family conflict and internalizing disorders.
