Abstrakt: This article presents a case report of a rare intracranial hemorrhage associated with an arachnoid cyst. Arachnoid cysts are benign fluid accumulations that usually form during childhood and are often detected incidentally. However, in rare cases, these cysts can lead to symptoms and complications, including intracystic and subdural hemorrhages. The article describes the case of a 70-year-old male patient who experienced a spontaneous intracystic subacute hemorrhage and subsequent subdural hematoma. Prompt medical intervention, aided by previous imaging, was crucial in diagnosing and treating the patient. The article aims to raise awareness about these rare complications and encourage further research in their diagnosis and treatment. [Extracted from the article]
