Monoclonal-antibodies: Various dermatological toxicities: 6 case reports.

Abstrakt: This article discusses six case reports of patients who experienced various dermatological toxicities while undergoing treatment with monoclonal antibodies for different types of cancer. The patients developed symptoms such as rash, itchy rash, maculopapular rash, peau d'orange hyperpigmentation, groin rash, retracted nipple, and skin hyperpigmentation. The toxicities were attributed to the specific monoclonal antibody treatments they were receiving, including cetuximab, panitumumab, pembrolizumab, pertuzumab, and trastuzumab. The patients' ages ranged from 39 to 62 years, and they were being treated for sigmoid cancer, rectal cancer, lung cancer, or breast cancer. [Extracted from the article]
