Abstrakt:	Researchers from Iran University of Medical Sciences conducted a study to determine the relationship between occupational stress and job burnout among primary healthcare workers. The study, which included 128 participants, found that primary healthcare workers in the study region experienced moderate occupational stress and high levels of job burnout in the areas of depersonalization and personal accomplishment. The researchers recommend implementing interventions to reduce and manage occupational stress and job burnout in order to improve the quality of healthcare services provided by primary healthcare workers.
