| Abstrakt: | A recent study conducted in Andhra Pradesh, India, explored the association between serum uric acid (UA) levels and primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG). The study found that there is a negative association between serum UA levels and the severity of POAG. The research involved 200 recently diagnosed POAG patients and 199 healthy subjects as the control group.
