Abstrakt: This document provides a summary of a study conducted on adult patients with relapsed lymphoma who underwent a haploidentical stem cell transplant. The study aimed to evaluate the feasibility and outcomes of depleting TCR α/β + and CD19+ cells from the graft. The study included 11 patients who successfully engrafted and had low rates of acute and chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD). However, the study was closed prematurely due to a high rate of cardiac and renal toxicity. The authors suggest that future studies should consider alternative conditioning regimens and focus on patients with hematologic diseases. [Extracted from the article]
