Abstrakt: |
The project aims to improve the drain characteristics of a novel device BIOFET (Bio Field Effect Transistor) and MOSFET (Metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor) by varying the Channel length. The MOSFET and BIOFET was chosen as a group having 20 samples each respectively. The drain characteristics were simulated by varying the Channel length of a MOSFET and BIOFET using a DFT tool. The analysis was found that BIOFET (mean - 1.556) is better compared to MOSFET (mean -0.064). The Independent T test was done which reveals that the MOSFET was found to be statistically insignificant (p=1.52) compared with BIOFET. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
