Abstrakt:	The article provides information on two conferences, including the "1200 Years of Cosmos Corvey" and the "772: Charlemagne, Marsberg, and the Irminsul", conducted by the Historical Commission for Westphalia, in Germany, in 2022. It states that these conferences aimed to illuminate historical events: the former explored the interdisciplinary facets of the Corvey World Heritage Site, while the latter probed Charlemagne's destruction of the Irminsul, a pivotal Saxon sanctuary.
