A 58 year old white male presented with the clinical findings of right ventricular outflow tract obstruction. Further evaluation and surgical exploration revealed this to be due to metastatic tumor. This would appear to be the first case of right outflow tract obstruction secondary to metastatic hypernephroma. The value of right ventricular angiocardiography is stressed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
