Abstrakt: Sr-M hexagonal ferrite with high coercivity and high remanence ratios was prepared based on magnetic field forming technology to investigate the impact of La and Co doping on the saturation magnetization, remanence ratio and coercivity of Sr-M hexagonal ferrite. A coplanar waveguide system was used to measure the high frequency ferromagnetic resonance linewidth of different La and Co doped Sr-M hexagonal ferrites by scanning frequency. The resonant frequency, anisotropy field and ferromagnetic resonance linewidth of the samples was researched. The sample has obvious anisotropy and is greater than 19 KOe, the remanence ratio of the easy magnetization axis at 2 T is higher than 0.88, and the saturation magnetization and coercivity increase with increasing doping. Ferromagnetic resonance tests show that the resonance frequency and anisotropy field of the sample increases and then decreases with the increase of La and Co doping. The resonance frequencies of all samples are between 62-66 GHz, when the test frequency is greater than 60 GHz. The swept-frequency data will have an obvious absorption peak of ferromagnetic resonance linewidth, and the high-frequency ferromagnetic resonance linewidth is above 1 000 Oe. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
