Abstrakt: This article discusses the importance of promoting inclusivity in health professions education. Inclusivity involves considering good practices to widen student participation and ensure learning is accessible for all. The article provides a framework for promoting inclusivity, which includes three purposes: affective, social, and intellectual. It also offers recommendations for clinical educators to create a more inclusive curriculum, establish a safe learning environment, encourage the visibility of diverse role models, promote community engagement, and reconsider pedagogical methods and assessment.
