Abstrakt:	A report from the Clinton Health Access Initiative Inc. highlights the knowledge gaps and practices of vaccination staff in Cameroon's Expanded Program on Immunization. The study found that over half of the surveyed health facilities were located in rural areas, and nearly two-thirds of health facilities had staff with knowledge gaps in basic immunization indicators. The study also revealed suboptimal practices, such as waiting for a certain number of children before opening vaccine vials.
