Abstrakt: |
A problem of determining the reaction forces as a result of the interaction of the rollers with the leather semi-finished product is considered in the article; these forces arise in the support hinges located at certain points of the levers of the feeding mechanism. The results of the study can be used as a guideline for design engineers to calculate the static load that the required bearing used at of the feeding mechanism levers of a multi-operation machine must withstand. The classification of roller conveying mechanisms and their technological parameters are analyzed it is established that the determining factor for the performance of technological equipment is the speed of transportation or feed of the semi-finished product, which, depending on the purpose of machines, is used in various ranges. It is determined that the speed of transportation determines the conditions for the deformation of the semi-finished product and the rollers coated with rubber. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
