An empirical study on cultural intelligence and its implications.

Abstrakt: An individual capability to manage and function productively in culturally manifold circumstances and surroundings is termed as cultural intelligence (CQ), this had become the key point of a vigorous scholarly discussion and proliferating multidisciplinary research area. From the instigation of the concept in 2002, considerable studies have been regulated regarding the definition, validation of its measurement, and the investigation of its development and imminent potentiality. Factor analysis and a multiple regression are used to analyse the data and find out the factors that are affecting cultural intelligence on student satisfaction. The study reveals that organizing motivational and interactive sessions uplift the capability of students in order to increase their cultural quotient. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
