Abstrakt: The optimization, biosynthesis, and mass spectrometry of metal nanoparticles using plant extract were studied. Optimization of silver and gold nanoparticles was performed by applying continuous microwave radiation cycles of 30 s and absorbance was noted. The time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry (ToF–SIMS) spectrum shows the presence of both silver isotopes 107 and 109. The complex of nanoparticle-antibody complex (NAC) with CD38 antibodies was prepared and studied its biosensing activity by spectroscopic and optical methods. The functional groups present in biomolecules detected in FTIR show the peaks and bands of amino acids/proteins, and nucleic acids. The need for consistent, rapid, accurate, and inexpensive detection of cancer biomarkers creates a great opportunity for the development of new and advanced biosensing platforms. Biosensor technology will contribute to medical diagnostic devices. Nanomaterials have great importance due to their unique optical properties for resonance-based plasmon detection.
