Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh engaged in bilateral meetings with his counterparts from Indonesia and Vietnam during the 10th ASEAN Defence Ministers' meeting - Plus (ADMM-Plus) in Jakarta, Indonesia. With the Defence Minister of Indonesia, Singh praised Indonesia's leadership of ASEAN and discussed strengthening cooperation, particularly in the maritime domain. With the Minister of National Defence of Vietnam, Singh reviewed the progress in implementing the 'Joint Vision Statement on India-Vietnam Defence Partnership towards 2030' and committed to deepening bilateral defence ties.
