Rethinking the use of information and communication technologies in University education in a pandemic period.

Abstrakt: During the COVID-19 pandemic, Moroccan secondary and higher education institutions relied on online courses throughout the confinement period using the information and communication technologies (ICTs) tools available in each establishment. They also used various open access tools and some television and radio channels, to enable reaching a majority of learners. At Mohammed Premier University, teachers used online tools but most of them had no experience in distance teaching and pedagogical engineering. They applied behaviors and practices linked to face-to-face teaching. In this context, I suggest solutions for using ICTs in ways that have a positive impact on the online learning and teaching process. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
