Abstrakt: | A recent study conducted by the Department of Emergency and Critical Care Medicine examined the factors contributing to delays in achieving a door to balloon time of 90 minutes in an electrocardiogram triage system for patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (heart attack). The study found that patients without chest pain as the chief complaint or those who did not use an ambulance were significantly associated with a failure to achieve the target door to balloon time. The research highlights the importance of prompt medical attention and the role of chest pain and ambulance usage in timely treatment for heart attack patients. [Extracted from the article] |
