Abstrakt:	Researchers from Kobe University in Hyogo, Japan have conducted a study on the efficacy of presurgical therapy for renal cell carcinoma with inferior vena cava tumor thrombus. The researchers found that combination therapy with avelumab and axitinib had relatively low rates of progressive disease and adverse events. This study provides important insights into drug selection for presurgical therapy in this type of cancer. The research has been peer-reviewed and published in Clinical Genitourinary Cancer.
