As the vehicle increases on the road, the driving safety and transportation efficiency are becoming increasingly compromised, and it has been the major concern of passengers and governments. Wireless networks that have built vehicles and infrastructures provide rich information for joint activities to improve safety and network efficiency. One of the objectives of this paper is to open the emergency exit for bus using vibration sensor. Emergency exit door is a valuable attachment to escape and rescue the passengers at the time of accident. Emergency exit system for automobile using sensors, which means every vehicle has individual vibration sensor for sending the signal and that opens the emergency exit door in buses using motor and limit switch arrangement on both side of the bus. If vehicle met with an accident, automatically it will release the door. This article also deals with the systematic study that enhances the safety of wireless vehicles in terms of acquiring information through automotive routing protocols, vehicle detection, vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) routing protocol for highly dynamic vehicle networks, and vehicle-to-vehicle (V2I) routing protocol is presented.
