A climbing robot is a robot capable of climbing vertical surfaces. This paper describes the design and construction of a four-legged climbing robot. We need to design and build a climbing robot that uses gravity to stick to the wall. The robot will be controlled by Basic Stamp and the movement of its pins will be generated by two servo motors. Each servo controls the pins located on the left and right sides of the robot. The rotational movements of the foot mimic step motion through the use of sliders and cranks. Suction will be provided by two vacuum pumps which will operate intermittently. The main body of the robot will carry all the components except the compressor, making it mobile. Currently, robots are only designed for rectilinear motion. However, plans to integrate drivability and other functions can be realized after the successful completion of the first stage of development. The main purpose of designing this robot is to simplify the challenge of climbing over tall buildings, trees, etc., which is almost impossible for humans to do. Our goal was to build a climbing robot that could span walls, walk on ceilings, crawl through pipes and through floors for which we used a different technology of gravity due to the efficiency of the system. Bernoulli-induced reaction. This paper proposes a new suction method based on the hook-shaped claw mechanism and presents the design of a robotic system for inspecting raw concrete walls. We present a method to describe the degree of surface roughness of concrete that is the attachment and detachment of the vacuum pump based on the Bernoulli effect. The results show that the low-cost system provides the robot with improved climbing stability and meets the test requirements for towers built of stone or bricks with water brooms.
