Currently, there is no platform that combines the technological and organizational aspects of the project manager, although they are the most significant figures in the implementation of large-scale investment projects. The article discusses the features of the formation of the organizational and technological platform for the manager activities of a large-scale construction project. It is viewed as a complex system and the study is carried out from a systems engineering perspective. The successful implementation of a large-scale project depends on the desire of the participants involved in its implementation to achieve a common goal. The organizational and technological platform is considered as a set of goals and objectives in the management of a large-scale project using modern material resources, skilled workers using information modeling and data protection technologies. The basic goal of the project manager is the implementation of a large-scale construction project on time and within the limits of the labor and financial resources. The life cycle of a large-scale construction project is considered as a set of goals at the following main stages: pre-project preparation, survey and design, construction, and facility commissioning. The development of organizational and technological platforms in construction starts to develop actively due to the active introduction of digital technologies in the industry, but at present there is no formation of organizational and technological platforms for the activities of the project manager. Along with this, the development of an organizational and technological platform for the project manager will ensure the stability of his activities, will plan the costs of the formation, development and maintenance of the organizational and technical structure of this service, and will improve the quality of project management in general and in relation to information modeling conditions.
