Abstrakt: | Researchers at Affiliated Changzhou No. 2 People's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University in China have conducted a study on the impact of thymidine kinase 1 (TK1)-related competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA) networks on the prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The study found that NSCLC tissues expressed significantly higher levels of TK1 compared to normal tissues, and patients with high TK1 expression had a worse prognosis. The study also identified a ceRNA network involving LINC00665/has-let-7b-5p/TK1 that could influence the growth and prognosis of NSCLC. The researchers suggest that TK1 could be a prognostic biomarker and a potential therapeutic target for predicting NSCLC prognosis. [Extracted from the article] |
