| Abstrakt: | Post-discharge nausea and vomiting (PDNV) is often not reported or widely studied. This article describes a study which aimed to determine the incidence and severity of PDNV in patients undergoing day-stay head and neck surgery at a central Auckland public hospital. A third of the participants in this study experienced PDNV, showing that PDNV may be a problem for this patient population. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
