Abstrakt: The article explores the prosecution speech "Against Androtion," written by Greek orator Demosthenes for a public trial in ancient Greece. Topics discussed include the acknowledgment of the flexibility of Athenian laws based on the responses offered by Demosthenes to the procedural objections, the legal procedures he listed for volunteer prosecutors, and the revisions to mediaeval manuscripts that contain this speech.
