Analysis and parameter optimization of hot-fluid-solid coupling heat transfer in walnut drying device.

Abstrakt: Aiming at the problem of high moisture content of freshly picked green walnuts, a walnut drying device model was designed to pre-dry green walnuts and determine the optimal walnut drying parameters. The effects of different inlet temperature, inlet velocity and drying time on the internal temperature, walnut temperature and velocity field of the drying device were explored through the 3-factor 3-level orthogonal test. Fluent software was used to model walnuts into a 3-layer sphere, which are walnut shell, walnut air gap, walnut kernel; The numerical simulation of the drying device and walnut under different drying parameters was carried out to obtain the distribution of the temperature field and velocity field inside the drying device and the temperature change law of walnut, and the temperature change curve between the drying device and the walnut was obtained. The results show that when the inlet temperature is 393 K, the inlet velocity is 1.7 m/s, and the drying time is 45 min, the temperature field distribution inside the drying device and walnuts is the best and the most uniform. The reliability of the simulation data is verified by experiments, and the test results are consistent with the change curve of the simulation results.
