The article presents a standardized digital method for histological evaluation of experimental acute lung injury. Topics include lung section preparation, digital image processing through QuPath and Fiji software, and scoring based on a defined set of parameters. This method aims to enhance the rigor and reproducibility of histological evaluation in animal models of acute lung injury. |
