In order to explore technical parameters of screw pile construction in chloride-sulfate environment, improve the quality and adaptability of subgrade and ensure the smooth operation of high-speed railway, taking the subgrade of Baotou-Yinchuan High-speed Railway from DK462+511. 77 to DK464+600 as an example, the influences of construction parameters such as driving sequence, driving speed and concrete ratio of screw piles on subgrade quality were investigated by combining theoretical calculation with field construction test of screw piles. The results show that the settlement and cracks of subgrade can be effectively reduced by adopting reverse piling sequence and adjusting piling speed according to the actual environment, so as to improve the stability and durability of subgrade. Based on the chloride-sulfate environment, optimizing the concrete ratio in the construction of screw pile can improve the structural durability of subgrade in the acid salt environment.
