Abstrakt: This article presents information on the lawsuit Weiner v. Weiner in the U.S. In denying a motion to compel arbitration the court held that the question of whether a professional corporation could utilize the name of a physician who had formed the corporation which bore his name, but who had sold all the stock in the corporation, and who was no longer affiliated with the corporation was an important matter of public policy and not a proper subject for arbitration.
